![]() ![]() ![]() There is a new feature in OpenOCD since version V0.9 which is described with this: In my case it is trying to use the ST-Link on the STM32F3Discovery Board and detects an invalid CPU type, but I want it to use the STM32F0Discovery Board integrated ST-Link. So how to distinguish which ST-Link is on which Discovery Board and how to tell this to OpenOCD to use one specific debug probe? Info : STLINK v2 JTAG v16 API v2 SWIM v0 VID 0x0483 PID 0x3748 Info : Unable to match requested speed 1000 kHz, using 950 kHz Which is the correct debug probe?ĭebugging with Eclipse and OpenOCD works fine if only one Discovery Board is attached to my PC, but having 2 boards attached, OpenOCD does not know wich one to use. But with this there come up two problems I will explain down below with some resolutions. To debug these two controllers I wanted to use some of my Discovery boards, which include the ST-Link V2. In one of my projects I’m using two STM32 microcontrollers which need to communicate with each other.
